Junk Mail folder is the folder where all the unwanted (Spam) emails are stored. You can choose to identify any email you have read as 'Junk Mail' or Spam by using the 'This is Spam' option. Further, our advanced Spam filter puts all the emails it identifies as Spam in the Junk Mail folder.

Junk mail folder is automatically emptied after every five days. We recommend that you periodically check your junk mail folder especially before you empty the 'Junk Mail' folder, to see if it contains any emails that you need.
